Shipping policy
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) and ship using the shipping option selected at checkout (rates and available services are shown at checkout). Standard delivery times are estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch (expedited options may be available). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak-season volume. Please confirm your shipping address at checkout—orders may not be able to be changed or rerouted once submitted; if a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we can reship it at your expense. If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate it, contact us within 7 days so we can assist.
