We’re here to help you get the best experience possible. If something feels off at any point, reach out and we’ll help with break-in guidance, fit checks, and troubleshooting.
Contour Insoles are designed to adapt with consistent wear. To give your body a fair chance to adjust, return requests can only be made after you’ve completed 90 days of wear (starting from the delivery date).
Exception: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away (see “Defects & order issues”).
You may request a return/refund if:
90 days have passed since delivery, and you’ve worn the insoles consistently during the trial
Your order was purchased on contourinsoles.com
You submit the request within the return window: Day 90–Day 120 (30 days after the trial)
Contact our support team (support@contourinsoles.com) with your order number and the email used at checkout
We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RA#) and return instructions
Ship your return using the instructions provided
Return shipping / processing fee: A $15 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing.
Refund timing: Once received and reviewed, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method (banks may take additional time to post).
Returns sent without an RA# may be delayed or not accepted.
