We’re here to help you get the best experience possible. If something feels off at any point, reach out and we’ll help with break-in guidance, fit checks, and troubleshooting.
Contour Insoles are designed to adapt with consistent wear. To give your body a fair chance to adjust, return requests can only be made after you’ve completed 60 days of wear (starting from the delivery date).
Exception: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away (see “Defects & order issues”).
You may request a return/refund if:
60 days have passed since delivery, and you’ve worn the insoles consistently during the trial
Your order was purchased on contourinsoles.com
You submit the request within the return window: Day 60–Day 90 (30 days after the trial)
1. Confirm Eligibility
You must:
Be between Day 90–Day 120 from delivery
Have worn the insoles consistently during the trial
Have purchased directly from contourinsoles.com

2. Book a Comfort Review Appointment
All return requests require a 30-minute Comfort Review with our support team.

During the review, we will assess fit, wear pattern, break-in compliance, and overall experience.
3. Receive Return Authorization (RA#)
If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA#) and provide next steps.
Returns sent without an RA# may be delayed or not accepted.Return shipping / processing fee: A 30% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover production, return shipping and processing.
Refund timing: Once received and reviewed, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method (banks may take additional time to post).
