Welcome to Contour Insoles (“Contour,” “we,” “us,” “our”). The website located at contourinsoles.com (the “Site”) is operated by Outline Origins Corp., a Delaware corporation (“Company”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any purchases made through the Site. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from our Site.

2) Changes to the Site or Terms

We may update the Site, our policies, and these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

3) Accounts (Shopify Accounts)

You may have the option to create an account through Shopify. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

4) Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• Order acceptance: Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, or cancel orders at our discretion (including for suspected fraud, inaccurate information, inventory issues, or pricing errors).

• Pricing: Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time.

• Taxes: Taxes may be applied where required.

• Payment: Payments are processed through Shopify and/or its payment providers. We do not typically receive or store your full payment card details.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we may cancel the order and refund any amounts paid.

5) Shipping & Delivery

6) Returns & Refunds (90-Day Comfort Trial)

Our Returns & Refunds policy is part of these Terms. Key points:

• 90-day trial required: Return requests may be submitted only after 90 days from the delivery date.

• Request window: Requests must be submitted within 30 days after Day 90 (Day 90–Day 120).

• Authorization required: Returns require a Return Authorization (“RA#”).

• Return fee: A $15 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and reviewed.

7) Product Use, Results, and Fit Disclaimer

We work hard to provide accurate product details, images, and guidance. However, product experiences can vary from person to person.

Supportive insoles may require an adjustment period. If you experience sharp pain, numbness/tingling, or worsening discomfort, discontinue use and contact us at support@contourinsoles.com.

8) Health / Medical Disclaimer

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

9) Promotions, Discount Codes, and Gift Cards

Promotions may be modified or ended at any time. Discount codes may not be combined unless stated. Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable except where required by law.

10) User Content (Reviews, Testimonials, Photos)

If you submit reviews, testimonials, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works of that User Content for business purposes (e.g., marketing, product pages, ads), subject to applicable law.
You represent that you have the rights to submit the User Content and that it does not violate others’ rights or any law.

• violate any law or regulation;

• interfere with the Site’s security or operation;

• use bots/scrapers without permission;

If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from us (including via Klaviyo or other providers), you agree that:

• Message frequency varies.

• Message and data rates may apply.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase (where required by law).
